Oftentimes our muscles get sore because we need some extra hydration! ROLLER RECIPES & DIYS FOR MUSCLES
Golden Sunrise Wellness Tonic
- 2-4oz NingXia Red
- ½ tsp Golden Turmeric
- 1 tsp SulfurZyme
- Coconut water
- 1 drop Lime Vitality essential oil
Add NingXia Red and coconut water to a glass, then add in powders and mix with a handheld milk frother. Add Lime and mix again, then pour over ice (if desired) and enjoy!
DIY Rehydrating Spritzer - Because a lot of times dehydration is the issue when it comes to head tension!
- 4 oz NingXia Red
- 1 scoop AminoWise
- Grapefruit Bergamot Vitality Drops
- Mineral Water of choice or organic coconut water
- Optional: ½ tsp Golden Turmeric powder
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
